Hello! My name is Cesar Silva and I want to thank you for being part of this wonderful work. Serve to save is an organization that is dedicated to serve children and young people here in USA and outside of USA.
How? We prepare youth to serve their own community and once a year we give them the opportunity to come with us in an exciting mission trip. This is a life changing experience, (it changed my life). We want youth to love Jesus and others in a practical way; as they are engaged in serving others, their faith will grow stronger. Only then, we can tell we have an army of youth prepared to make a change for a better world. I’m tired of seeing the young generation leaving the church, and what is worse, leaving Jesus’ side.
Our mission outside of the United States is mainly helping orphanages and other children institutions to become self-sustainable. Because they can’t rely only on sporadic donations. We do this by building bakeries, industrial kitchens, carpentry shops, sewing workshops, etc.
In those orphanages, when children reach 18 years old, they need to leave the institution. Here in U.S. if you are an orphan, the government provides you a full scholarship. Sadly, the reality is not the same in other countries. Serve to Save will pay for college tuition or for vocational courses for those who were raised by those institutions.
We have big plans and we want to thank you, because without you this couldn’t be possible. Thank you for your donations.
